Changes to Sunday Session Tmes
Sunday sessions are going to be changed with effect from 1st October 2023 to 2.45pm – 6.30pm
The new training times for the following squads from that date will be
Silver – 2.45pm – 4.00pm
Lessons – 3.00pm – 3.30pm
Bronze – 4.00 pm – 4.45pm
All Gold – 4.45pm – 6.30pm
