RLSSS Open Water event held at Boundary Park Lake, Holmes chapel. Saturday 14th Sep.

Skilled learnt in the swimming  pool are practised in a lake. Lifesavers learn how their skills are affected by the cold water, difficult access, uneven lake bottom. This is where they really understand how important it is to stop and think before leaping in!!

We had 34 lifesavers take part from Nantwich, Chester, Crewe, Skelmsdale & Northwich

Our lifesavers were

Gold: James C, Lucy H & Matt H

Silver: Tom Cr

Silver & Bronze: Holly, Will E & will H

Congratulations to everyone.

It was a lovely sunny morning – thanks to all the parents would showed off their skills at tent building, rope coiling, keeping the site tidy and packing up Dave’s car.

Parents of lifesavers get involved!!!!
